Features

6. The mounting height of the press spindle can be adjusted in any stroke range by the timer or position sensor;

7. Low oil pump displacement, low motor power, save electricity and energy;

8. Centralized buttons, with manual, semi-automatic and automatic three operations;

9. The exterior of the machine is clean, lightweight,sedate;

10.Optional: installation of photoelectric protection device, automatic lubrication device, oil temperature cooling thermostat;

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system device is arranged on the right side of the press, with cartridge integrated system, flexible action, reliable work, good sealing performance. The hydraulic pump comprises an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, motor, cartridge valves and other components.

Electrical Control System: an independent electric cabinet and a centralized control panel.

Operation: Two working modes as inches and semi-automatic strokes.

Security: The emergency stop button can stop the machine immediately. The slide has Limit Switch on both up and down of the work table. Hydraulic support safety circuit is arranged in the cylinder piston inside of the hydro-cylinder.
