The molded pallet production line is mainly used to produce molded pallets of various sizes and patterns. This production line can use various waste wood, dead tree branches, leftover materials, waste boards, etc. as raw materials to produce molded pallets. Molded tray is a tray product that mixes plant fibers with environmentally friendly synthetic resin and is molded in one go under high temperature and pressure. The surface of the pallet is smooth and flat, with light weight, high load-bearing capacity, no deformation, anti damage, no fumigation, space saving, energy saving and environmental protection. It is suitable for the transportation of various commodities.

Application field:
The main equipment of this production line is composed of a series of chippers, pulverizers, dryers, glue mixers, hot presses, etc. The raw materials are chipped and crushed into wood chips of a certain length, and then enter the dryer to dry excess water. The dried wood chips are added with glue and fully stirred with it. The stirred material can be filled into the mold for hot pressing. After waiting for the hot pressing, the formed molded tray can be taken out.
